  • Key Duties:
    • Provide administrative support to the Executive Authority.
    • Monitor parliamentary and cabinet events relevant to the department.
    • Coordinate parliamentary and cabinet submissions and briefing notes.
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on policy matters.

2. Administrative Support and Coordination (Ref No: DHET02/12/2024)

  • Salary: R849,702 per annum (all-inclusive package)
  • Location: Head Office, Pretoria
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree/advanced diploma (NQF Level 7) in Public Administration or related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience in administrative roles within political offices.
    • Proficiency in report writing, MS Office, and organizational skills.
    • Valid driver’s license.
  • Key Duties:
    • Manage administrative and coordination activities in the Executive Authority’s office.
    • Oversee document flow and maintain registers and databases.
    • Provide logistical support, including procurement and budget management.
    • Facilitate compliance with the MISS prescripts for document handling.
