    1. Office Clerk

    • Division: Human Capital Management
    • Department: Facilities Management & Physical Security
    • Position Status: Permanent (Internal/External)
    • Closing Date: 23 January 2025

    Purpose of the Job

    Provide administrative support to internal and external clients, ensuring smooth operations across the department.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Stock Control & Inventory Management: Manage office supplies, including stationery.
    • Courier Services: Coordinate the receipt and delivery of items efficiently.
    • Venue Booking & Office Administration: Organize and manage meeting venues and perform general office administrative tasks.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum Requirement: Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or Certificate in Office/Business Administration.
    • Experience:
      • 0–1 year experience in roles like Secretary, Administrative Officer, or Inventory Officer in public or corporate sectors.
      • At least 2 years as a Stock Controller or General Administration Officer.

    Technical Skills

    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Familiarity with PFMA, SITA processes, and ERP systems.
    • Knowledge of stationery inventory systems, courier services, and venue booking processes.

    2. Office Admin and Finance

    • Reference Number: VAC00055/22
    • Location: SITA Centurion
    • Job Level: B5
    • Salary Range: R 220 972 – R 331 457
    • Division: Human Capital Management
    • Department: Facilities Management & Physical Security
    • Position Status: Permanent (Internal/External)
    • Closing Date: 23 January 2025

    Purpose of the Job

    Provide administrative and financial support to the Facilities Management and Physical Security Department, ensuring smooth coordination between service providers, internal finance teams, and other stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Item & BPA Creations: Manage item creation and facilitate business process automation.
    • Accounts and Invoices: Oversee facilities management accounts and invoicing.
    • Debtor Accounts Monitoring: Track and manage FM&PS revenue accounts.
    • Internal Recoveries Processing: Assist with financial reconciliation tasks.
    • Administrative Duties: Ensure proper record-keeping and manage various administrative needs.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum Requirement: Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) and Certificate in Office/Business Administration.
    • Experience:
      • 2–3 years in invoice management or administrative roles within facilities management.
      • Experience in report writing, general admin, and record-keeping.

    Technical Skills

    • Financial and administrative processes knowledge.
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Familiarity with PFMA, ERP systems, and debtor/creditor control.
