Requirements
- An appropriate 3-year post-school qualification;
- Registration with SACE as a professional educator;
- A minimum of 3 years experience as an Educationalist/ Educator;
- A valid (Code B or higher) driving licence.

- Competencies: Knowledge of the following: Applicable policies and procedures;

Duties
- Implement Educational Programmes at Facilities in Accordance with Curriculum Requirements and Departmental Legislation;
- Implement facility policies and procedures to enhance safe care/custody and development of residents (MDT, incident reporting, behaviour management, unauthorised articles, etc.);
- Perform administrative functions;
- Continuous Professional Development: Keep up to date with new developments in the social work and social welfare fields.
