Requirements
- An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification);
- A minimum of 1-year relevant experience;
- A valid (Code B or higher) driving license.

Duties
- Supervise implementation and administration of the external developmental initiatives “EDI” Programmes: Comprehensive Agricultural Support Programme (CASP);
- Agricultural Partnership for Youth Development (APFYD);
- Young Professional Persons Programme (YPP); and Premiers Advancement of Youth (PAY)/ Fist Working Experience;
- Coordination agricultural partnership for youth development projects and internship;
- Administer internships, and the Agricultural Partnership for Youth Development and Internship and bursaries programmes;
- Perform administrative functions;
- Promotion of Agriculture as a career path for youth (travel extensively to promote agriculture as a career of choice throughout the Western Cape province, including working after hours and weekends when required);
- People Management.
