Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualifications

  • A Matric (Grade 12) certificate
  • Relevant tertiary qualification(s) in event and/or commercial management

Work Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in event and commercial management in a stadium or large venue environment

  • Budget management skills, including reconciliation of third-party revenues and expenses
  • Tender management, portfolio management, and business development experience
  • Business-to-business (B2B) management, contract management, and project management skills

Additional Requirements

  • Flexibility to work overtime, after hours, weekends, and public holidays as required
  • Computer literacy, particularly in office applications
  • A valid Code B driver’s license and Professional Driver’s Permit (PDP)
  • Own transport is a necessity
