The Library & Media/Study Centre Trainee will play an essential role in managing the media centre, assisting learners and staff with resources, and maintaining the library database. The trainee will be responsible for:
- Using and maintaining the computer library database.
- Ordering and purchasing media resources.
- Assisting learners with media computers.
- Controlling attendance registers for learners using the media centre.
- Making recommendations for purchasing new stock.
- Conducting routine tasks such as answering calls, organizing files, and performing other related duties.
