The New Z83 Application Form
Starting from 1 January 2021, a new application for employment (Z83) form has been introduced. Therefore, it is crucial to use the updated form for applications. Requirements for Application
To apply, individuals are required to submit a signed Z83 application form and a comprehensive CV via email to the designated email address mentioned in the respective advert. It is essential to use the correct inbox/email for submission, as applications sent to the wrong address will be disregarded. Additionally, applicants must ensure they sign their Z83 form before scanning it. The signature or a valid e-signature should be used, and typing or writing the name in block print will not suffice. Failure to sign the Z83 form will result in the application being deemed invalid.
Shortlisting and Interview Process
Shortlisted candidates will be required to participate in a virtual or in-person panel interview at a date and time determined by the GPAA. It should be noted that information provided in the application, such as the CV and Z83 form, may be verified through the request for official documents or other methods of verification when shortlisted. The certification of all supporting documents will be expected from the shortlisted candidates only.
Pre-Employment Checks and References
Pre-employment checks and references, including security clearance, security vetting, qualification/study verification, citizenship verification, financial/asset record checks, previous employment verification, and criminal record checks, will be conducted once candidates are shortlisted. Assistant Director: Electronic Information Systems Officer

The GPAA is offering a permanent position for an Assistant Director: Electronic Information Systems Officer at their Head Office in Pretoria. The successful candidate will contribute to the assessment, development, and implementation of programmes and controls to ensure the integrity and security of sensitive data and information processed by network systems.

Office Supervisor: Umthatha Satellite Office

The GPAA is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Office Supervisor in the Client Services section at the Umthatha Satellite Office. The successful candidate will oversee and implement client services administration at the provincial/branch/mobile office level.
Applicants should have an appropriate Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma or equivalent three-year qualification (NQF6 with at least 360 credits). Three years of relevant experience in the Client Relations environment and/or combined with Employee Benefits Administration, including one year of supervisory experience, is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, computer literacy, proficiency in English, and the ability to speak one of the official languages spoken in the province are necessary.
Knowledge of Employee Benefits, Client Relations Management, GEPF services and products, as well as geographical knowledge of the region, is advantageous.
