    Are you a recent graduate eager to jumpstart your career? The Department of Small Business Development is offering an exciting Graduate Internship Programme for unemployed South African youth. This programme provides a golden opportunity for young graduates to gain valuable work experience, develop their professional skills, and make a difference in public service.


    Why Join the DSBD Graduate Internship Programme?

    The DSBD Graduate Internship Programme aims to equip graduates with practical experience in various fields, enhancing their employability while contributing to national development. Successful applicants will be placed at the Pretoria Head Office for a 24-month period, earning an annual stipend of R127,725 (all-inclusive).

    Key Features of the Programme:

    1. Focus on Diversity and Inclusion: The DSBD promotes equal opportunity and affirmative action. Special preference is given to applicants who align with its Employment Equity (EE) Plan, particularly African males, Coloured males and females, Indian females, White males, and persons with disabilities.
    2. Comprehensive Learning Opportunities: Interns will gain exposure to real-world scenarios across various departments, including Finance, Human Resources, Policy Development, and more.
    3. Career Pathways: This programme offers a platform to build a professional network and gain insights into the workings of government and business sectors.

    1. Organisational Development & Human Resources Management (OD&HRM)
