    • NQF Level 6 in Communication, Office Administration, or Public Administration.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Three years of relevant experience in a call centre.
    • Supervisory or leadership experience.
    • Strong customer service and training skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the helpdesk/call centre.
    • Monitor and report on call/query frequencies.
    • Ensure timely resolution of queries.
    • Provide feedback to educators.
    • Delegate duties and manage helpdesk operators’ performance and development.

    3. Payroll Officer

    Location: Head Office, Centurion
    Basic Salary: R274,894 per annum and benefits
    Salary Grade: B4

    Qualifications and Skills

    • NQF Level 6 in Accounting or Financial Management.
    • 1-3 years of experience in payroll administration.
    • Proficiency in Pastel Accounting and MS Office.
    • Strong finance, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process monthly payroll and maintain payroll records.
    • Handle leave and overtime reports.
    • Conduct internal and statutory reporting.
    • Reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts.
    • Assist with month-end payroll and tax reconciliations.

    4. Finance Clerk (Bookkeeping)

    Basic Salary: R221,118 per annum and benefits

    • NQF Level 7 in Internal Audit, pursuing CIA certification.
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in auditing.
    • Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act.

    • Conduct risk assessments and control analyses.
    • Execute audit plans and work programs.
    • Prepare audit findings and recommendations.
