The Department of Employment and Labour, Kimberly provincial office invites qualifying graduates to apply for their 12-months Employment and Labour graduate internship programme. The programme aims to provide graduates with work exposure in their fields of study.
This opportunity in the Department of Employment and Labour is open for unemployed graduates who haven’t participated in an internship programme before and are between the ages of 18 to 35 years.
A monthly salary of R6 666 will be payable.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Honours in Psychology or Industrial Psychology.
Duties
- Conduct recruitment, selection, referral, and placement of registered work seekers.
- Network with stakeholders to verify quality of services rendered.
- Provide and implement employment services.
