    The MISA Young Graduate Programme is a structured work-based candidacy development programme aimed at unemployed youth with relevant technical qualifications from institutions of higher learning. This two to three-year programme is focused on preparing graduates for professional registration with relevant professional bodies.

    While the programme is not exclusively limited to individuals from previously disadvantaged communities, MISA strongly encourages applications from historically disadvantaged individuals.
