    Minimum Requirements

    To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

    ✔ Education: National Diploma in HR Management, Business Management, or a relevant equivalent qualification (NQF Level 6).
    ✔ Experience: At least 2 – 3 years of experience in human resources (HR), local government (LG), or a similar environment.
    ✔ Additional Skills: Knowledge of HR administration, financial processing, and risk management within a government framework.

    Core Responsibilities

    As a Recruitment Administrator, your role will involve various HR-related administrative tasks to support the City of Ekurhuleni’s workforce. Below are the key responsibilities:

    1. HR Administrative Duties

    • Handle general and specific human resources administrative duties.
    • Provide professional HR administrative support to the department.
    • Ensure efficient record-keeping and document processing.

    2. Compliance and Risk Management

    • Implement good governance principles in HR practices.
    • Apply risk knowledge and skills to ensure compliance with legal and best practice frameworks.
    • Proactively mitigate risks that may negatively impact departmental performance and service delivery.

    3. Financial Processing in HR

    • Manage quotations and invoices related to HR services.
    • Ensure compliance with the Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA).
    • Work in alignment with supply chain management processes.

    4. Customer Service

    • Deliver customer service in accordance with the Batho Pele principles (People First).
    • Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction in all HR-related processes.
