Purpose of the Role
The Refreshment Coordinator (Cleaner) will be responsible for providing cleaning, refreshments, and administrative services to uphold the professional image of the organization and ensure a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Refreshments:
- Prepare and serve refreshments for meetings and stakeholders.
- Ensure adequate stock of refreshments and manage inventory control.
- Cleaning Duties:
- Clean and maintain open areas, meeting rooms, offices, bathrooms, and kitchens.
- Remove waste from bins and offices, and collect paper for recycling.
- Administrative Support:
- Setup, arrange, and prepare for events, meetings, and functions.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support as needed.
Requirements
- Education:
- Matriculation certificate.
- Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in a service environment.
