Role Purpose

The Payroll Specialist ensures accurate and timely payroll administration, compliance with statutory regulations, and efficient management of employee remuneration and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee database systems.
  • Prepare and process employment contracts, offer letters, and agreements.
  • Manage payroll instructions for monthly payroll runs (appointments, terminations, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure payroll accuracy and adherence to controls.
  • Resolve employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
  • Generate reports and maintain payroll records for audits.
  • Administer leave management in line with company policy.
  • Liaise with service providers (e.g., SAGE) for system updates.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Reporting to: Supervisor Accountant

Role Purpose

The Finance Clerk ensures the accurate and timely processing of financial documentation and compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices in compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • Accurately capture invoices for payments to suppliers and service providers.
  • Match invoices against the orders database and send remittance advices.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for financial documents.
