Requirements:
- Senior Certificate/ Matric Certificate or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy skills.
- Experience in data capturing or information systems (an advantage).
Competency Profile:
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), and email.
- Knowledge of customer care relations and data management standards.
- Familiarity with DHIS or other public health information systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
Duties:
- Collect data according to National Indicator Data Set (NIDS) using standard tools.
- Maintain accurate facility data and ensure timely reporting.
- Capture data into various systems including WebDHIS, Tier.Net, and EDRweb.
- Conduct data quality audits and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare monthly reports and graphs on key indicators.
- Perform administrative and clerical duties as required.

Data Capturer Position Application Instructions:
