Job Purpose
- Provide social work services aimed at promoting social change, solving problems in human relationships, and enhancing social well-being through the empowerment and liberation of individuals and communities.
Minimum Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) or equivalent, with professional registration as a Social Worker with the South African Council for Social Service Professions.
- Experience:
- Grade 1: No experience required.
- Grade 2: Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Social Work.
- Grade 3: Minimum of 20 years relevant experience in Social Work.
- Grade 4: Minimum of 30 years relevant experience in Social Work.

- Valid driving licence (Code B or higher). Candidates with disabilities that affect driving but have reasonable transport access may also apply.

- Grade 1: R 308,247 – R 362,439 per annum

Note: Remuneration packages are inclusive of all service benefits such as basic salary, 13th cheque, medical and housing assistance, and pension contributions.
