Duties

  • Assist with the training needs analysis & completion of the Workplace Skills Plan & completion of quarterly training reports.
  • Assist with the implementation of generic & transversal training, PTI courses and sourcing Service Providers.
  • Assist with processing payments & training advances.
  • Arrange Training meetings and act as secretariat for the Skills Committee meeting.
  • Assist with the implementation, administration and evaluation of EPWP Projects/ Learnerships, Employee Health &
  • Wellness Programmes, CIP, PSI, Bursary Scheme &
  • CET.
  • Assist with general People Management enquires/ tasks – functions within the section.

POST 33/234 : ADMINISTRATION CLERK: HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT Chief Directorate: Metro Health Services
SALARY : R237 453 per annum
CENTRE : Southern Western Sub-structure Office
REQUIREMENTS : Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent). Inherent
requirements of the job: Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s license. Experience:
Appropriate & relevant experience in People Development/ Human Resource
Development. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer literacy in MS
Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Good interpersonal skills. Good organisational skills and the ability to function under pressure and as part of a team.
