    Minimum Requirements

    Qualifications:

    To qualify for this role, you must have one of the following:

    • HR-related certificate
    • National Diploma in Human Resources or a related field

    Experience:

    • 1-2 years of experience in HR administration is required.
    • Experience with HR systems such as SAP is an advantage.

    Skills and Competencies Required

    To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following skills:

    Technical Skills:

    • Computer literacy (proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
    • Data capturing experience
    • Report writing skills

    Soft Skills:

    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Good planning and organizing abilities
    • Time management skills
    • Problem-solving abilities

    Knowledge Requirements:

    Candidates should have knowledge of HR-related systems such as SAP. Additionally, a good understanding of labour-related Acts is beneficial:

    • Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA)
    • Employment Equity Act (EEA)
    • Labour Relations Act (LRA)
    • Skills Development Act (SDA)

    Key Responsibilities

    The Administrator Recruitment – Logistics Services ERI will be responsible for various administrative and support functions within the Human Resources department, including:

    • Timesheet and Leave Administration
      Ensuring that employee attendance records, leave applications, and payroll submissions are up to date.
    • Safety Management
      Assisting in HR compliance with safety policies and procedures.
    • Secretarial Functions
      Providing administrative support to HR leadership, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
    • Archiving and Record-Keeping
      Maintaining accurate HR documentation and filing systems.
    • Business Management Support
      Assisting in various HR projects, recruitment campaigns, and onboarding processes.
