    The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation, and Arbitration (CCMA) is offering a variety of job opportunities across different departments.     1. Acquisition Specialist – National Office (4 Months Fixed Term)

    • Location: National Office
    • Reference: ASNOFT02-25
    • Post Level: 07

    Purpose:

    To manage the bid process and source goods and services for the CCMA while ensuring compliance with Supply Chain Management policies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Administering the bid process
    • Sourcing competitive quotes
    • Placing orders and negotiating with suppliers
    • Evaluating supplier performance
    • Ensuring compliance with Supply Chain Management (SCM) policies
    • Managing demand and contract administration
    • Generating procurement reports

    Requirements:

    • National Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a relevant qualification
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, with at least 1 year in the public sector

    2. Demand Management Specialist – National Office (4 Months Fixed Term)

    Purpose:

    To procure necessary resources efficiently and in line with government procurement policies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Demand and contract management
    • Administering bid processes
    • Sourcing quotes and placing orders
    • Supplier evaluation and reporting
    • Ensuring compliance with SCM policies

    Requirements:

    • National Diploma in Supply Chain Management
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Supply Chain Management environment

    Purpose:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Managing the reception and switchboard
    • Handling general office administration

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 certificate
    • 2 – 3 years’ experience as a receptionist/switchboard operator in a professional environment

    To provide confidential administrative support to the Legal Services Unit (LSU).

    • Travel and office administration
    • Reporting

    Requirements:

    • Paralegal Diploma or equivalent
    • A Legal Degree is advantageous
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office administration, preferably in a legal department

    • Managing bid processes and SCM registers
    • Overseeing committee operations
    • Supplier evaluation and compliance

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or a related field
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, with at least 2 years at a supervisory level
