Key Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst at VUT, you will be responsible for:
- Interpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques.

- Acquiring data from primary and secondary sources and ensuring database maintenance.
- Identifying trends and patterns in complex data sets to support business decisions.
- Cleaning and filtering data by reviewing reports and correcting issues.
- Collaborating with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Finding opportunities for process improvements through data-driven insights.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in one of the following fields:
- Data Science
- Computer Science
- Mathematics or Statistics
- Business Analytics
- Information Systems
- Information Technology
Experience & Skills Required
Applicants must have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a data analysis role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as:
- Power BI (for creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations).
- Excel, SQL, or other data management tools.
- Experience in data manipulation and visualization, including:
- Cleaning, organizing, and analyzing datasets.
- Creating clear, actionable insights from data.
- Strong database knowledge, including:
- Querying databases using SQL or similar languages.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and identify trends.
Soft Skills Required
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey data-driven insights.
