Requirements:

- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to governance and risk management protocols, escalating issues as necessary.
- Financial Protocols: Comply with financial guidelines in line with relevant legislation and policies.
- Customer Service Culture: Foster ethical relationships with internal customers and stakeholders, promoting a customer-focused approach within EAPs.
- Health and Wellness Interventions: Implement both proactive and reactive health and wellness strategies.
