Financial Management Trainee Duties:
- Printing registers for departmental use.
- Capturing and maintaining records of absenteeism, test marks, and examination marks for departments.
- Organizing and maintaining document filing systems.
- Generating and printing account statements and progress reports.
- Monitoring and correcting errors on forms.
- Archiving enrollment forms at the conclusion of trimesters, semesters, or academic years.
- Issuing examination permits to eligible candidates.
- Providing relief support for the switchboard operations.
- Assisting with personnel administration tasks as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- N6 Financial Management Certificate
- Candidates must complete and submit the following documents by hand:
