    What is the Elangeni TVET College WIL Programme?

    The Elangeni TVET College Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme is designed for N6 learners who are ready to transition from the classroom into the workplace. It focuses on providing students with practical experience that complements their theoretical studies.

    For the 2025 intake, this WIL Programme specifically targets students in the Hospitality field, ensuring that learners have the real-world exposure needed to thrive in this dynamic industry.

    Requirements

    To apply for the WIL Programme, you must meet the following requirements:

    • You must be a qualified N6 learner from Elangeni TVET College.
    • You should have completed the required modules for the N6 qualification and passed all 12 modules.
    • You must be currently unemployed and not receiving funding from any SETA.
    • You must have a passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to learn and grow in this field.
