Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: Senior certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent).
- Experience: Appropriate experience in Human Resource Management.
- Appropriate experience in the PERSAL system.
- Experience in all aspects of personnel and salary administration.
- Inherent requirement of the job: Valid (Code B/EB) drivers’ licence.
- Willingness to travel Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer literacy (MS Word, advanced Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to function as a team player, with or without supervision.
- Ability to function in a stressful environment and cope with a heavy workload.
- Project management knowledge and capabilities.
- Appropriate planning and administration skills.
- Knowledge of Human Resource Management Legislation and Policies.
Duties
Assist and support to clients, personnel, management, and supervisors. – Render effective support to the supervisor and colleagues. -Training and development of subordinates. -Approve PERSAL transactions. -Administer and ensure effective and efficient implementation of Human Resource Management policies and prescripts. -Responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of staff in terms of the Staff Performance Management Systems (SPMS). -Ensure effective Leave Management. -Maintain effective record keeping -Supervise, plan, and coordinate the section regarding the relevant policies, prescripts as well as financial instructions regarding personnel and
