Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: General Education and Training Certificate (GETC) / Grade 9 / STD7.
- Experience: Appropriate supervisory experience of staff and mortuary administration.
- Inherent requirements of the job: A Valid driver’s licence.
- Willingness to work night shifts, public holidays, weekends, overtime and be on standby.
- Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer skills (MS Office, Excel and Word).
- Knowledge of applicable death administration legislations and relevant policies.
- Knowledge of infection prevention and control.
Duties
- Responsible for overall supervision and management of Porters.
- Management of mortuary equipment, assets and consumables.
- Ensure effective and efficient mortuary administration and handling of bodies.
- To provide an effective and efficient support to Support Services Managers.
