    HWSETA Vacancies: Current Opportunities

    1. Provincial Receptionist – North West Province

    • Location: North West, Mahikeng

    The Provincial Receptionist position offers a great opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced administrative environment. As a Provincial Receptionist, your main duties will include providing administrative assistance in the Provincial Office and coordinating customer care with external stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Providing administrative support to the Provincial Office.
    • Coordinating and managing customer care with external stakeholders.
    • Handling front desk operations, answering calls, and attending to visitors.
    • Performing general office support tasks.
    Minimum Requirements:
    • Matric/Grade 12 is a must.
    • A Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration/Technology, Public Management, or an equivalent qualification.
    • A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ work experience in reception and related fields.
    Salary:
    • The cost to company is between R140 522 – R218 321 per annum.

    This position is located at the Mafikeng Provincial Office in the North West Province. HWSETA encourages people from designated groups and those living with disabilities to apply. The position reports directly to the Provincial Manager.

    2. Temporary Legal Administrator (12 months Fixed Term Contract)

    • Position Type: Temporary (12-month Fixed Term Contract)

    • Location: Gauteng, JHB – Eastern Suburbs

    If you have a passion for law and administrative duties, the Legal Administrator position offers an ideal opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a legal setting. This temporary role will see you handling a variety of administrative tasks, such as transcribing and proofreading legal documents, filing, and scheduling meetings.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Transcribing and proofreading legal documents.
    • Filing, organizing, scanning, copying, and faxing legal documents.
    • Scheduling all legal-related dates and client meetings.
    • Organizing legal office schedules, including travel arrangements.
    • Coordinating telephone correspondences and in-person meetings.
    • Ensuring the timely submission of claims (including attorney’s claims).
    • Sending reminders for expiring contracts and handling various administrative tasks as required by legal officers.
    Minimum Requirements:
    • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
    • Diploma in Legal Support, Law, Legal Assistance, or Paralegal Studies.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a legal environment, specifically in Legal Assistance, Paralegal, or Legal Support roles.
    Salary:
    • The cost to company is R242 212 per annum.
