- An appropriate three-year National Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in an IT Project Management environment and Contract Management.
- Extensive knowledge of network infrastructure, ICT hardware, and various software applications including MS Suite and Project Management tools.

- Documentation and Training: Develop and provide comprehensive training manuals and documentation to support the deployment and use of IT systems and tools within the department.
- Research and Development: Engage in continuous research and development activities to explore new technologies and improvements for existing IT products, enhancing the department’s technological capabilities.
