    About the Programme

    The eThekwini Municipal Learnership Development Programme is meticulously crafted to provide in-depth training in various aspects of film and television production.     Minimum Requirements:

    • To qualify for the learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
    • Educational Qualification: Grade 12 (Matric)
    • Employment Status: Must be unemployed at the time of application
    • Residency: Must be a resident of eThekwini Municipality (Proof of Residence required)
    • Passion: Demonstrated interest or passion in Film and Television Production Operations
    • Age Requirement: Between 18 and 35 years
    • Motivational Letter: Required, explaining why the applicant should be selected
    • Previous Participation: Must not have participated in a similar development programme before
    • Citizenship: South African citizenship with a valid Identity Document (ID)
