Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Representation: Advocate for indigent accused persons in High Court cases.
- Case Management: Handle complex criminal matters at the High Court.

- Administrative Duties: Manage office-related tasks.
- Special Representation: Represent women, children, and landless individuals in criminal cases.
Required Competencies:
- Qualifications: Admitted Attorney or Advocate (must have completed pupillage at a recognized institution).
- Experience: At least seven (7) years post-qualification experience, including a minimum of five (5) years post-admission experience. A minimum of four (4) years’ experience in the High Court or six (6) years in the Regional Court.
- Educational Background: LLB degree.
- Skills: Proven expertise in handling criminal cases at the High Court level, excellent verbal and written communication, analytical thinking, and a team-oriented approach.
- Additional: Right of appearance in the High Court and a valid driver’s license are advantageous.
