    Minimum Requirements:

    • Educational Qualification: Grade 12 or equivalent.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
    • Experience: At least two years in maintenance planning systems and procedures.
    • License: Code EB driver’s license.
    • Technical Background: Relevant technical experience.

    Primary Duties:

    • Work Order Management: Schedule and manage planned and unplanned work orders, update plant history records, and maintain plant status.
    • Reporting: Compile and analyze monthly reports on outstanding and completed work orders; prepare the Central Depot Monthly Status Report.
    • Documentation: Oversee the maintenance planning office filing system and prepare month-end presentations.
    • Meetings and Training: Attend maintenance meetings, provide ongoing training to improve work performance, and stand in for M.S.A. when needed.

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Computer Literacy: Proficient in SAP, Maximo, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Planning and Public Relations: Excellent planning skills, customer service orientation, and public relations.
