    Majuba TVET College Vacancies

    1. Employee Health and Wellness Practitioner

    • Location: Central Office
    • Salary: R308,154.00 per annum (Salary Level 7) plus applicable public service benefits

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12/Matric or equivalent
    • Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Psychology, Social Work (with a major in psychology), Sports Science, or related field
    • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an employee health and wellness environment

    Recommendations:

    • Valid driver’s license
    • Knowledge of Employee Health and Wellness frameworks, including psychosocial, physical, financial, and organizational wellness
    • Familiarity with HIV/AIDS and TB Management, Safety Health Environment Risk Quality Management (COIDA), and Wellness Management
    • Understanding of Public Service Regulations, PFMA, Labour Relations Act, and TVET/CET Administration

    Skills:

    • Human Resource Administration, Investigations, Negotiations, and Financial Management
    • Strong planning, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in report writing, computer literacy, and project management

    Duties:

    • Administer Employee Health and Wellness frameworks and policies
    • Conduct health and wellness surveys and coordinate related programs
    • Provide counseling and promote physical and psychosocial wellness
    • Manage HIV/AIDS, TB, and STI impact, and organize health screenings
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle routine inquiries

    2. Labour Relations Officer

    • Location: Central Office
    • Salary: R308,154.00 per annum (Salary Level 7) plus applicable public service benefits

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12/Matric or equivalent
    • Three-year Diploma/Degree in Labour Relations, Employment Relations, or Human Resources Management
    • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Labour Relations or Human Resources Management

    Recommendations:

    • Valid driver’s license
    • Knowledge of Labour Relations Act, Public Services legislation, and bargaining processes
    • Understanding of TVET/CET Administration and Higher Education sector

    Skills:

    • Proficient in investigations, negotiations, and administrative functions
    • Strong report writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Computer literacy and knowledge of PERSAL system

    Duties:

    • Promote sound Labour Relations and provide advisory services
    • Manage grievances, disputes, and misconduct investigations
    • Represent the employer in conciliations and arbitrations
    • Maintain stakeholder relations and update Labour Relations databases

    3. Supply Chain Management (SAC)

    • Location: IT & Business Campus
    • Salary: R216,417.00 per annum (Salary Level 5) plus applicable public service benefits

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12/Matric or equivalent with at least two years of relevant supply chain management experience
    • Recognized three-year Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

    Recommendations:

    • Valid driver’s license
    • Knowledge of TVET systems, Government policies, and supply chain procedures
    • Experience with Pastel and Sage Evolution systems

    Duties:

    • Manage procurement administration and compliance with National Treasury regulations
    • Oversee supply chain processes and maintain SCM policy adherence
    • Conduct administrative tasks and support the Supply Chain Management Office

    • Locations: Dundee Technology Centre and Centre for People Development
    • Salary: R183,279.00 per annum (Salary Level 4) plus applicable public service benefits

    • Number of Posts: 2

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12/Matric or NCV-NQF Level 4 with a relevant N6 Certificate or equivalent
    • 1-18 months of relevant working experience

    Recommendations:

    • Recognized National Diploma in Management Assistant or equivalent
    • Experience in data capturing within the TVET sector is advantageous

    Skills:

    • Proficient in data capturing, office management, and IT systems
    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
    • Knowledge of Skills Development Act and Public Service regulations

    Duties:

    • Capture and verify data, student registration, and exam marks
    • Maintain and update system records, and ensure data integrity
    • Provide administrative support and information dissemination
