    • Financial Sector Policy Analysis and Advice: Analyze the performance of the financial sector and market trends, develop financial stability processes in collaboration with the Reserve Bank, and devise reform options for retirement policies. Provide guidance on banking regulations and financial services.

    Requirements:

    • Educational Qualification: Minimum post-graduate qualification (equivalent to NQF level 8) in Economics, Law, or Accounting.
    • Experience: At least 8-10 years at a senior managerial level within tax and/or financial sector policy environments.
    • Skills: Strong financial management, analytical abilities, policy development acumen, effective communication, and leadership skills.

    Selection Process:

    • Documentation: Upload copies of qualifications, ID, and other necessary documents (certification required before the interview).
    • Assessments: Candidates will undergo a technical assessment related to the job and an integrity assessment.
    • Training: Completion of the Nyukela Public Service SMS Pre-entry Programme (available online) before final appointment.
