    The North West Department of Public Works and Roads is excited to announce the availability of four intern positions within the Labour Relations sector. This opportunity is designed for individuals eager to develop their career in labour relations, providing hands-on experience and professional training in a dynamic public service environment.


    Labour Relations Intern Overview

    • Job Title: Labour Relations Intern
    • Number of Positions: 4
    • Stipend: R7 043.31 per month
    • Duration: 24-month contract
    • Location: Various districts within the North West Province

    Eligibility Criteria

    To qualify for the Labour Relations Intern position at the North West Department of Public Works and Roads, applicants must meet comprehensive educational and skill requirements designed to ensure they are well-prepared for the demands and responsibilities of the role.

    • Educational Qualifications:
      • Mandatory Education Level: All applicants must have successfully completed Grade 12. This foundational educational requirement ensures that all candidates have a basic level of understanding and competence necessary for professional training.
      • Higher Education Requirements: In addition to a Grade 12 certificate, candidates must hold either a National Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Labour Relations.       • Problem-Solving Abilities: Interns will face challenges that require innovative problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve conflicts and issues efficiently.
