Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assisting the supervisor in cleaning and maintaining sand filters, which involves opening and closing valves, sterilization, and washing.
  • General cleaning duties in the filter house, including toilets, change rooms, and eating facilities.
  • Contributing to maintaining the sand filter beds.
  • Monitoring and operating sump pumps to prevent flooding.
  • Hand-feed HTH and Lime when required.
  • Assist with general house cleaning duties.
