Minimum Requirements

To be considered for the programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a Matric certificate with Mathematics and Physical Science, or an N4 qualification in any of the listed fields.
  • Some practical experience in a factory or heavy industry setting is advantageous.
  • General knowledge of the chosen field.
  • Team player with a good attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent timekeeping and attendance record.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
  • Strong communication skills.
