Minimum Requirements
To be considered for the programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a Matric certificate with Mathematics and Physical Science, or an N4 qualification in any of the listed fields.
- Some practical experience in a factory or heavy industry setting is advantageous.
- General knowledge of the chosen field.
- Team player with a good attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance record.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Strong communication skills.
