Groundsman Overview
- Position: Groundsman
- Location: Protea Campus, Northlink College, Bellville, Western Cape
- Salary Range: R131,265 – R154,626 per annum (excluding benefits)

Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 10
- Experience: Minimum 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in a general worker or related field
- Recommendation: Valid driver’s license
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintenance and Housekeeping:
- Assist the Foreman with all maintenance-related and housekeeping tasks.
- Sweep and clean grounds, lawns, passages, parking areas, courtyards, etc.
- Maintain tools as required.
- Clean areas surrounding bins/skips.
- Store Keeping Functions: Assist with counting, packing, and cleaning stock in store rooms.
- Utility Functions:
- Assist with diverse utility functions as needed.
- Move furniture and other items.
- Work overtime as required.
- Support During Registration: Assist during registration periods, such as working in the bookstore and issuing student cards.
- Additional Tasks: Perform any other reasonable requests by the Campus Manager, Administrative Supervisor, or Foreman.
