1. Sales Engineer – D2 Band
Purpose of the Job:
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development
- Relationship Management
- Project and Contract/Tender Management
- Financial, O&M, Safety/Health, and Environmental Management
- Conduct training in the Wastewater Sector
Minimum Requirements:
- BSc or National Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Water Care, or Chemistry
- Diploma in Project Management (advantageous)
- 7 years in Sales, 5 years in Managerial experience
Special Requirements:
Strong negotiation skills, willingness to travel, and experience in wastewater plants.

2. Fitter – C2 Band
Purpose of the Job:
Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on ERWAT Wastewater and Water Treatment equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mechanical maintenance
- Develop SOPs and revise as necessary
- Diagnose mechanical failures and ensure adherence to safety standards
Minimum Requirements:
- Trade Test (Fitter)
- Code EB Driver’s License
- 5 years of experience as a Fitter in wastewater treatment
Special Requirements:
Expertise in Turning.

3. Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner – C4 Band
Purpose of the Job:
Provide a comprehensive Occupational Health Service to promote and maintain the highest level of health among all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage occupational injuries and diseases reporting (COIDA)
- Conduct health education and emergency medical care
- Coordinate pre-placement and exit examinations
Minimum Requirements:
- Nursing Diploma or BCur Nursing
- Registration with SANC and SASOHN
- 5 years post-registration experience in occupational health care
Special Requirements:
Driver’s License and experience in counselling.

4. Board and Committee Secretariat Officer – C3 Band
Purpose of the Job:
Support the Company Secretary, Managing Director, and the Board of Directors to ensure all secretariat functions are completed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain administrative systems
- Coordinate board and committee meetings
- Manage reports and meeting packs
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Corporate Governance or related field
- 3 years of experience in a company secretariat environment

Purpose of the Job:
Implement, maintain, and improve ICT/LIMS systems to support business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage technology and develop system specifications
- Analyze and troubleshoot within the ICT environment

- BSc in Computer Science or related field
- 5 years of experience working with Laboratory Information Management Systems
Special Requirements:
Experience in ISO 17025 accredited facilities is advantageous.
