- Must have completed: A suitable three-year tertiary career-related degree or national diploma in Operations Management, Management Services, or Industrial Engineering.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Mapping departmental business processes: Includes documenting both inter- and intra-departmental value chains.

- Reviewing documented SOPs: Ensuring that the documented SOPs align with the mapped business processes.
- Facilitating approval: Guiding the process of approving both the mapped business processes and documented SOPs.
- Optimizing inefficient processes: Identifying and facilitating improvements for processes that are ineffective or inefficient.
- Training on business process management principles: Educating departments on various principles of business process management (BPM).
- Facilitating root cause identification sessions: Leading sessions to identify the root causes of issues within business processes.
