    SASSA Limpopo Region Vacancy: Administration Clerk (Level 05)

    • Role: Administration Clerk (Level 05)
    • Salary: R216,417.00 – R254,924.00 per annum (excluding benefits)
    • Location: Mopani District, Ba-Phalaborwa Local Office
    • Reference Number: SALP03/08/2024
    • Closing Date: 23 August 2024

    Minimum Requirements

    • Education: Senior Certificate (Matric); an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6/7) in a relevant field is advantageous.
    • Experience: 0-1 years’ experience.
    • Skills: Computer literacy; valid driver’s license is an added advantage.

    Duties:

    As an Administration Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of various administrative functions within the office. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Clerical Administration Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, including managing transport services, HR administration, and providing overall administrative support to the office.
    • Procurement and Issuing of Stores: Handle the procurement processes, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available and issued in accordance with SASSA’s procedures.
    • Compliance: Ensure adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA, Chapter 6, Part 3), which involves maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all financial activities comply with relevant legislation and policies.

    3. Pre-Employment Screening

    4. Interviews

    • Interviews may be conducted virtually. Shortlisted candidates will be informed about the process.
