The Office of the Chief Justice (OCJ) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administration Clerk in the HRD & PMDS department at the National Office in Midrand. This role is vital in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our Human Resource Management and Development processes.

Administration Clerk Key Responsibilities
As an Administration Clerk, your duties will include:
- Providing support to Human Resource Management and Development processes.
- Offering administrative services for internal bursary processes within OCJ.
- Administering the departmental induction programme.
- Supporting the Performance Management and Development System (PMDS).
- Administering the moderation of performance and implementation of performance incentives.
- Providing general administrative support services.
Requirements
To be eligible for this Administration Clerk position, you must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Matric Certificate. A three-year National Diploma/Degree in HRM/Public Administration or equivalent and relevant qualification at NQF level 6 with 360 credits as recognised by SAQA will be an added advantage.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Knowledge of PERSAL (shortlisted candidates will be required to submit PERSAL certificate/results).
- Understanding of HRM/D legislation and policies.
- Familiarity with HRD and PMDS concepts.
- Knowledge of Public Service Legislation/Prescripts and frameworks.
- Knowledge of HRD-related standards, practices, processes, and procedures.
- Proficiency in Batho Pele principles.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, project management, analytical, report writing, presentation, organizing, and planning skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
