Job Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Three years’ tertiary education in Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations Management.
- Experience:
- Four years in a senior communication role within Communications/Marketing/Public Relations, including two years in a supervisory capacity.
- Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Compensation Fund policies, procedures, and processes.
- Understanding of customer service principles (Batho Pele Principles), technical knowledge, and government communication guidelines.
- Knowledge of Fund Governance, Risk Management, budgeting, financial management, stakeholder liaison, and publication production.
