Job Overview
Legal Aid SA is seeking a skilled Systems Analyst Programmer (SharePoint Developer) to provide high-level system analysis, programming, and IT solutions. The successful candidate will develop business intelligence reports, core business applications, and web-based services while integrating different systems and APIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and provide IT solutions to support Legal Aid SA’s operations.
- Develop functional and technical specifications based on user requirements.
- Test software and maintain a log of test results as per the IS Software Change Management Policy.
- Ensure seamless integration of systems, APIs, and services.
- Design and manage databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.

- K2 Workflows, SmartForms, Views, Smart Objects.
- K2 Migration and Deployment Wizard.
- SharePoint development (SharePoint 2013 or higher).
- OneDrive administration.
- Microsoft SQL 2014 or higher.
- Power Automate, Azure Automation, Azure Blob Storage & Data Archiving.
- Soft Skills:
- Analytical mindset and business acumen.

- Ensure procured office space meets organisational norms and standards.

- Knowledge of PFMA regulatory framework, National Treasury Regulations, Legal Aid SA Act, and building regulations.
- Soft Skills:
- Strategic thinking and ability to align property management with legal and governmental policies.
