Minimum Requirements

- Educational Qualification:

Key Responsibilities
The Administrative Support and Coordination Officer will manage a variety of administrative, logistical, and coordination tasks within the Office of the MEC. Duties include:
- Office Administration:
- Develop and maintain systems, registers, and databases to monitor document flow.
- Compile and edit correspondence, submissions, and cabinet memoranda.
- Manage filing systems and ensure compliance with the Minimum Information Security Standards (MISS).
- Financial and Resource Management:
- Oversee procurement and maintenance of office equipment.
- Administer the office budget efficiently.
- Liaison and Coordination:
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding portfolio matters.
- Brief the Head Office of the MEC on matters related to the portfolio.
- Supervision of Staff:
- Supervise and provide guidance to office employees.
- Conduct quality control and ensure staff development.
- Executive Council Support:
- Distribute memoranda and other documents to relevant legislature and committees.
- Record and track decisions of the executive council.
