The Department of Employment and Labour is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the position of Deputy Director for Anti-Fraud and Anti-Corruption. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and accountability of the department’s operations, with a focus on preventing and combating fraud and corruption.
Requirements:
- A three (3) year tertiary qualification (NQF 6) in fields such as Forensic Audit, Forensic Accounting, Commerce, or Risk Management.
- Five (5) years of experience, including three (3) years in a functional role within the Risk/Fraud and Anti-Corruption environment, and two (2) years at a managerial level.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including the Unemployment Insurance Act and Regulations (UIAR), Unemployment Insurance Contributions Act (UIA), Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Public Service Regulations (PSR), Public Service Act (PSA), and other relevant acts.
