1. Administrative Assistant/Committee Coordinator (12-month contract)

Requirements:
- A Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- A certificate in Office Management/Secretarial Studies.
- At least one (1) year experience in office management and administration.
- A post-Matric qualification will be an added advantage.
- Competencies: Client orientation, communication skills, honesty and integrity, planning and organizing, and technical competencies related to office management and secretarial functions.
Duties:
- Develop and manage an efficient filing system and flow of documents in the unit.
- Provide secretarial support services to the House.
- Co-ordinate and prepare documentation for committee meetings, workshops, public hearings, and outreaches.
- Manage diaries of committee chairpersons.
- Arrange logistics for travel, meetings, and conferences.
- Manage communication systems in the office.

2. Data Capturer (X1 Post)

- Salary: R183,279 per annum, plus 37% in lieu of benefits
Requirements:
- A Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification at NQF level 4.
- At least one (1) year of experience in data capturing and/or data management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Access.
- Competencies: Job knowledge, interpersonal relations, flexibility, teamwork, and communication skills.
Duties:
- Capture data from available records into required formats such as databases, tables, and spreadsheets.
- Verify and validate data for quality assurance.
- Ensure data backups are maintained and kept secure.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Commission.
