1. Senior Supply Chain Management Clerk: Demand and Acquisition (Ref No: 3/1/5/1-24/05)
- Location: Pretoria
- Salary: R255,450 per annum (Level 06)

Requirements
- National Diploma (NQF Level 6) or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in:
- Public Management
- Administration
- Logistics Management
- Public Finance
- Accounting
- Purchasing Management
- Any equivalent related qualification recognized by SAQA
- At least one year of relevant experience in demand and acquisition management.
- Knowledge of LOGIS and Procurement Integration.
- Excellent writing, communication, and planning skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply legislation such as:
- Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)
- Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA)
- Preferential Procurement Regulations
- B-BBEE
- Treasury Regulations
- Contract Management
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on Media Buying, Terms of Reference (ToR), and Specifications.
- Track media buying requests and ensure availability of funds.
- Ensure procurement transactions comply with government policies and legislation.
- Check compliance of procurement requests before submission.
- Serve as secretariat for Bid Committees (Specification, Evaluation, and Adjudication).
- Monitor and update the Contract Register and Supplier Performance.
- Assist in demand and procurement planning for the department.

- Experience working on LOGIS and Procurement Integration.
- Ability to interpret and apply financial and procurement legislation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Key Responsibilities
- Verify e-requisitions for compliance with government policies.
- Check and verify supplier status on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD).
- Approve compliant requisitions online via SharePoint.
- Print and submit hard copies of requisitions for processing.
- Generate and submit weekly and monthly compliance reports.
- Assist in capturing requests on LOGIS.
- Handle enquiries and resolve procurement-related issues.
- Report system issues and update internal clients.
