Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12/Matric or equivalent.
- Recognised three-year Diploma/Degree in Psychology, Social Science, Psychology, Education, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Student Support Administration, Education/Teaching and Learning environment, or related fields.
- Valid driver’s license.
Recommendations:
- Strong computer knowledge.

Duties:
- Coordinate Student Support Services (SSS) activities.
- Facilitate provision of student counselling or referral services.

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Promote regular attendance of students and monitor attendance registers.
- Conduct home visits and counsel students to address low attendance and other socioeconomic issues.

2. Sports, Arts, and Cultural Officer – Student Support Services

- Coordinate and support sports and recreation structures at the college and community level.
- Implement sports programs and establish governance structures.

3. IT Technicians

Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12/Matric or equivalent.
- Recognised three-year National Diploma/Degree in Information Technology (IT)/Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an IT environment.
- Valid driver’s license.
Recommendations:
- A+ and/or ITIL v3 Foundation certification.
- Experience in software and hardware support (Windows Microsoft) will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of IT hardware, desktop networking, program installations, and IT Help Desk operations.
Skills:
- Communication (Oral and Written), Interpersonal, and Attention to Detail.
- Ability to prioritize and interpret ICT challenges to users.
- Time Management.
Duties:
- Assist in the management of service desk and desktop support services.
- Set up user accounts, unlock passwords, and manage desktop setups.
- Provide support for data migrations during computer setup.
- Maintain information management systems and perform troubleshooting.
- Support availability of email services, internet services, and network cabling.
