Key Requirements
- Possess a suitable Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience of 2 to 3 years in a Risk Management Function.
- Membership with the Institute of Risk Management of South Africa (IRMSA) or an equivalent professional body would be advantageous.
Key Performance Areas
- Assist in the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
- Conduct risk assessments and facilitate workshops.
- Monitor and report on risks identified.
- Handle insurance claims effectively.
- Manage the administration of the Risk Management System.
- Act as an observer for the Supply Chain Management Committee regarding risks.
- Conduct fraud risk assessments.
- Communicate regularly with Risk Champions and Process Owners.
