Requirements
Education and Experience
- National Diploma (NQF6) or Bachelor’s Degree in public administration or equivalent qualification.
- At least one year of experience in data management or a relevant field.
Knowledge and Skills
- Organisational and Planning Skills: Proficiency in organizing tasks and planning activities efficiently.
- Computer Literacy: Competency in using computers and software for data management.
- Report Compilation: Ability to compile comprehensive performance reports.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Management Skills: Experience in managing transformation programs.
- Research and Analytical Skills: Capability in conducting research and analyzing data.
- Coordination and Stakeholder Liaison: Skill in coordinating activities and liaising with various stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to absorb pressure, work in challenging environments, and resolve conflicts.
Responsibilities
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with SCM and Finance prescripts.
- Invoice Tracking: Track invoices and reconcile them with evidence.
- Performance Plan Reconciliation: Reconcile invoices against the Project Performance plan and update the checklist.
- SOP Update: Update Environmental Branch standard operating procedures (SOP) evidence on the Teams folder.
- Evidence Review: Review evidence submitted for SOP.
- Data Management: Maintain and manage data efficiently.
- BAS Payment Sheet: Compile BAS payment sheets for all projects.
- Log2 Forms: Compile log2 forms as required.
- Invoice Tracking: Update the invoice tracking sheet and project charter daily.
- Follow-Up: Make follow-ups on unpaid invoices.
