- Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Psychology, Social Work (with a major in psychology), Sports Science, or related field

- Knowledge of Employee Health and Wellness frameworks, including psychosocial, physical, financial, and organizational wellness
- Familiarity with HIV/AIDS and TB Management, Safety Health Environment Risk Quality Management (COIDA), and Wellness Management
- Understanding of Public Service Regulations, PFMA, Labour Relations Act, and TVET/CET Administration
Skills:
